Data Ownership and Retention
Business owners (DATAspider clients) own their customer data including call recordings, transcripts, and lead information
DATAspider owns all automation workflows, logic, and infrastructure
Upon termination of services, client data is exported to the business owner and removed from our active systems within 90 days
We retain aggregated, non-identifiable data for service improvement purposes
