Data Ownership and Retention

  • Business owners (DATAspider clients) own their customer data including call recordings, transcripts, and lead information

  • DATAspider owns all automation workflows, logic, and infrastructure

  • Upon termination of services, client data is exported to the business owner and removed from our active systems within 90 days

  • We retain aggregated, non-identifiable data for service improvement purposes
